Linetec Services, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 955 Plane Road in Conway, Arkansas consisting of 8,000 square feet from Sean Ezell. The space will be used for industrial maintenance and storage facility for vehicles, machinery, equipment and materials. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
