An Undisclosed Buyer has purchased a retail center located at 6921 East Admiral Place in Tulsa, Oklahoma consisting of 91,907 square feet from Tulsa/SAV, L.L.C. for $5,700,000. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham, David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
