Central Plaza Apartments of Edmond, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 930 E. 2nd Street, consisting of 2.33 acres of land and 100,400 square feet of improved multi-family high rise from Freedom Central, L.L.C.  The facility will be utilized as a multi-family property with retail space. The sales price was $4,800,000.00.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the buyer and the seller.  Closing was held at OK Prime Title and Escrow, L.L.C. by Teresa Koeppe.
