Express Oil Change, L.L.C. has purchased 0.84 acres on South Memorial Road near Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa from LG BOA Tulsa, L.L.C. for $925,000.  The property will be developed as the second Tulsa location for Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
