Land at Reno Avenue and Kilpatrick Turnpike Sold

Reno Industrial Park, L.L.C. has purchased 9.9 acres of land located at Reno Avenue and Kilpatrick Turnpike in Yukon from Westside Auto Mall, L.P. for $1,041,919. The Buyers intend to use the land for an industrial development.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson, Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group worked with the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Becki Nail.
