Rosie Creek, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 16601 North May Avenue in Edmond, Oklahoma consisting of 1.17 acres from NW 164th & May, L.L.C. for $1,600,000. Fresh Hospitality is set to debut two of their exciting restaurant concepts here. Samuel Dunham with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
