Land Sold at Western & Classen

AG Acquisition II, L.L.C. has purchased land located at the Northwest Corner of Western Avenue and Classen Boulevard in Oklahoma City consisting of 1.12 acres more or less from Classen Curve Development Parcel, L.L.C. for $1,500,000.  The land was purchased for a retail development. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
