BMRG Partners-OKC, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 9410 North May Avenue in Oklahoma City consisting of 8,743 square feet from Shoppes on May, L.L.C. The space will be used for a Mr. Gatti’s Pizza. Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Samuel Dunham with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant. Ethan Slavin with Creek Commercial provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
