Oklahoma Reporatory Theatre leases space at 403 N.E. 38th Street

Oklahoma Reporatory Theatre has leased industrial space located at 403 Northeast 38th Terrace in Oklahoma City consisting of 4,464 square feet from Par Equity, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for office and warehouse space. Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and RJ Jimenez with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
