Plasser American Corporation of Chesapeake, VA has leased 12353 North 1760 Road in Erick, OK from Badger Mining Corporation, of Berlin, WI. The leased premises include 133 acres of land containing 10,956 linear feet of rail. The facility is served by Farmrail. Plasser American manufactures rail maintenance equipment and will use the Erick site as their equipment maintenance facility for their North American operations. Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
