Scooter’s Coffee buys land in Newcastle

Metcalf Holdings Oklahoma, L.L.C. has purchased land at 302 North Main Street in Newcastle consisting of 1 acre more or less from Ricky L. Moore for $300,000.  The land will be developed for a new Scooter’s Coffee location. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.
