Quick and Clean, L.L.C. has purchased a land located at Southeast 44^th Street and Sooner Road consisting of 7.2 acres from Barbara R. Hinkle Trust for $650,000. The property will be utilized as a car wash. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Ryan Storer with Plains CRE represented the Buyer. Closing was held at Kensington Vanguard Title Company by Carol Rieger.
