Exotic Pets, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 6907 North May Avenue in Oklahoma City consisting of 5,000 square feet from Pilchers Lakewood South, LP. The space will be used for a pet store. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
