The Landing Shopping Center Sold

Vista Views, L.L.C. has purchased The Landing Shopping Center located at 7825 Southeast 71st Street in Tulsa from BLT-Tulsa I, L.L.C. for $3,000,000.  This 31,200 square foot shopping center was purchased as an investment property.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Becki Nail.
